Thousand Card Game: is battle finished?

Details
Unit tests have been added within the contribution for isBattleFinished validator function. This validator function return information, whether a battle is finished or not. When the battle is finished? When no cards are in players hands. So we need to check, if total number of won cards are equal to 24 which suggests, that no cards are holded by players.
