Node.js translation to spanish - 1042 words

in #utopian-io6 years ago

Project Details

Node.js is an open-source, cross-platform JavaScript run-time environment that executes JavaScript code outside of a browser. Node.js unifies web application development around a single programming language, rather than different languages for server side and client side scripts.

Contribution Specifications

  • Translation Overview

This time, I translated part of the file. I'm currently translating the file, in here is the guidelines for the releases of the Node.js updates. This file describes the technical aspects of the Node.js release process. The intended audience is those who have been authorized by the Node.js Foundation Technical Steering Committee (TSC) to create, promote, and sign official release builds for Node.js

  • Languages

This contribution was translated to Spanish using English as the source language. My experience as an engineer and a translator in past crowdin projects have helped me vastly in this translation.

  • Word Count

A total of 1042 words were translated from the files.

Some translated examples in this file:

  • If the ARMv6 build failed for some reason you
    can use the
build in the release CI to re-run the build only for ARMv6.

  • Si la compilación ARMv6 falló por alguna razón puedes usar la compilación <0>iojs-release-arm6-only</0> en el CI lanzado para volver a ejecutar la compilación solo para ARMv6.

  • It is only necessary to have the main Linux (x64 and x86),
macOS .pkg and .tar.gz, Windows (x64 and x86) .msi and .exe, source, headers,
and docs (both produced currently by an macOS worker).

Solo es necesario tener el Linux principal (x64 y x86), macOS .pkg y, Windows (x64 y x86) .msi y .exe, fuente, encabezados, y los documentos (ambos actualmente producidos por un worker de macOS)..

  • It is
possible to rush a release out if you want and add additional builds later but
we normally provide ARMv7 from initial promotion.

  • Es posible apresurar un lanzamiento si quieres y añadir compilaciones adicionales después pero normalmente proveemos ARMv7 desde una promoción inicial.

-- No new terms have been used in this file yet. The Term stream was not translated because its part of the code. A stream is a continuous provider of data sequences over time. Many terms remaining in the file were part of a code. The word build is "contrucción", is translated as "compilación" because this context this term means the process by which source code is converted into a stand-alone form that can be run on a computer or to the form itself.

You may check this project's activity following this link and clicking on the top members tab. There, if you filter the search options to show only the translations im 5th of October (when I did the translation), it'll show a report of 1042 words translated next to my crowdin account (which shares the same name as my steem account).

I'll also leave a link to my crowdin profile:

Hi @acrywhif,

Thank you for your contribution!

  • Node.js is a very interesting project that contains many code values and terms related to computer science.

  • Your presentation post follows all the general guidelines and contains all the basic details. However, remember you can always add new information that explains the purpose of the text you translated, this could really help users who want to know more about your work as a translator, and it could also improve the quality of the post itself.

  • You did a very good job while translating and you are always willing to review the corrections pointed out to you in order to ensure a quality translation. The feedback process is very well appreciated.
