@accro Sorry but I don't see this rule being fulfilled here. A task request is marked as a must here. I could not promote a project even after having permission from the PO due to this rule. What is your say on it? Thanks
Visibility efforts must be explicitly requested by the project owner and meet their requirements. A link to the respective Utopian Task Request must be provided.
You can get a permission from th PO by mail.
The very first rule is

When there isn't a link to the TR how could someone proceed further and get approved plus an upvote too! Very Strange!
