Add to the steemnova diplomat role possibilities to accept/publish pacts

Components

In the open source browser game steemnova there is the possibility to build alliances of players where every alliance has its own alliance page. This page contains public and internal information and is the access point to its administartion interface.

There is the possibility to assign roles to the players, two of them are Leader and Diplomat, and there is the possibility to sign pacts with other alliances. These pacts are published on the alliance page. While it is the task of the Diplomat to negotiate pacts and sign binding treaties, currently it is only possible for the Leader to publish the aggreement on the alliance page.

Proposal

Add the possibility to access the administrative ressource of the alliance to the Diplomat role and add a link to it on its view of the alliance page.

Benefits

The Diplomat would be able do directly accept incoming requests without waiting for the Leader beeing available, empowering him to formally approve negotiated pacts in a timely manner and disburden the Leader.
