Review: Hawk Watch International

HawkWatch International is a worthwhile charity based in Salt Lake City. The organization monitors raptors throughout the world and is an active advocate for the preservation of wildlife habitat. As the organization is headquartered in Salt Lake, I often encounter crews monitoring local wildlife.

Birdwatching is a great activity for people practicing social distancing during the pandemic. Unfortunately, the hobby seems to require expensive optical equipment as raptors are skilled at socially distancing themselves from people
