I liked the idea and I delegated some SP. I was already upvoted and they analysed my account, telling me to get more followers. The only sure way to get more followers is to promote a daily prize to the followers, but I will not do this...
I find that by commenting on posts will often result in a follow. It's only a few clicks on your name and they're following.
