Using user created assets to pay fees NOT WORKING

Iv'e experienced problems using an asset to pay fees even though THERE IS enough BTS in the fee pool,
If the fee pool is empty then there should be a message showing ''Insufficient funds'', Bitshares can also automatically select another asset to pay the fee,
I have tokens in an asset called ANONYMOUS with a core exchange rate of 0.00010 BTS/ANONYMOUS, the Pool balance is 4.00825 BTS yet I can't use Anonymous to pay transfer fees? I have more than enough Anonymous tokens to pay, I'm guessing if the issuer changed this rate then it might work again but I don't see why it does not work already? Any help would be great, Thanks
