That sucks. i heard there are some different ones available there. There must be. This card works anywhere if you can activate it online.
I'm sure there is a vehicle that can do the same in the states, I'll do some research on it. Now the IRS on the other hand wants their share of any profits generated from activity where an actual transaction never occurred.
