I challenged America's treasure hunt

in #usa9 years ago (edited)

I saw an interesting story about the hidden treasure in America.
The book ' The SECRET : A Treasure Hunt ' was published in 1982.

The author of the book said that there are treasures buried in 12 parts of the United States. The treasure is more than $ 10,000 worth of jewels at the time of the day.

The information disclosed by the author is as follows.

  1. Twelve treasures were buried throughout the United States.
  2. The treasures are sealed in the ceramic box and buried within 1 meter of the ground.
  3. The treasure is not buried in dangerous places such as highways and railways.

To date, a total of two treasures have been discovered. They were found in Illinois and Ohio.

I was interested in one of the ten remaining treasures. Through this photograph, I tried to find hidden treasure.

First of all, I surmised that it was a desert through the mountains of sand. I chose Nevada from the famous place of desert. Because I thought there was a deep connection with the next hint.

The cam-shaped column resembles a camel race in Nevada. The camel race seemed to have about 50 years of history. A column with rhinoceros caused me to worry about it. Rhinos and Nevada seemed to have nothing to do with it.

I focused on the spelling of the rhino. Rhino also call rino, which sounded the same as the Reno state of Nevada. And the twinkling star in the sky was thought to be a hint of direction. The north pole points north.

And a cam-shaped pole and a column shaped like a circle are standing in the west. And Reno is west of Nevada. I thought some puzzles were aligning. (forced).
The last column was hardest to deduce.

I thought the floor of the painting reflected the shape of the road. So I focused on the road in Reno.

I first inferred that the total of seven columns and the last post were located on the west side. As a result, I found a road called West seventh in Reno. However, the road seemed to have nothing to do with the final column.

Then, I noticed the red jewel below. And I noticed the shape of the dome on the top of the column. Surprisingly, Reno has a short road called Rubby dome drive.

So, how should I end it? Let's take note of the leaves in the picture. At the end of rubby dome drive, there is a tree with a similar pattern of leaves. Of course this tree seems to have been planted recently. And it seems like it's quite different from the 1980s. I can't tell why a man with a hurricane is in the picture.

I could have come in a completely different direction. But even though I have come right, I may not consider changing time. The treasure was not found, but it was quite a pleasant time.
