Yes, this is a very good idea. That argument about letting go of doctors or engineers that are experienced, is really a bad argument. Those people get better over time but career politicians get complacent over time and corrupt. All a politician really needs to do is what the people tell him/ her to do. We say jump they are suppose to say how high. They are public servants and they have forgotten there place. Thank you for your post.
