I had a bunch of piercings in the age of tattoos becoming popular. I am embarrassed about a few of them. One thing I could never really get on board with was the spacers in the ear-lobes. No offense to anyone that has them but those just seem gross to me once the person takes them out and their lobes look like spaghetti noodles.
At least your tattoos are important to you in a personal way. My friend with the Ace of Spades wasn't even a card player he just really likes that song.... in my mind that is just crazy.
I never understood those dilating piercings either.
Also, my tattoos are on my chest; I know they can be unsightly for some
