U.S. President Donald Trump is in news again for making another false statement.

During a joint press conference with the Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg, Trump claimed the U.S. had started delivering the first F-52s and F-35 fighter jets to Norway saying: “We have a total of 52 and they’ve delivered a number of them already, a little ahead of schedule. It’s a $10 billion order.”

According to the White House press briefing, Trump was supposed to announce Norway's purchase of 52 F-35 jets from U.S. aerospace firm Lockheed Martin. But at the press conference, Trump mixed things up.

Well, the problem is F-52 jets don't exist; it is a fictional aircraft featured prominently in the popular video game 'Call of Duty'.

Norway did receive fighter jets from the U.S. But F-52s weren’t part as the aircraft literary doesn’t exist. In November 2017, Norway received the first three F-35 fighter jets from the U.S. to boost the country’s air security.
