The Trump and Vance brand is based on lies.

Gang, a reminder: we all get the facts wrong sometimes despite our very best efforts. (That probably goes doubly so for me)

That being said, anyone who doesn’t make the effort to “say true things”, and who doesn’t care whether anything they say is true or not, will not be in my life or involved in any discourse with me that I have control of.

Trump, Vance, and MAGA are a clear menace to the Republic, but their menace is built on the foundational value of not caring whether or not anything they say is true. If you share that foundational value, you too are contributing to the end of the American experiment.

We can and will disagree, often, but let that disagreement be honest.
