Crispy and yummy tikki is made with egg and rice flaks
first of all you need to peel some potatoes and keep cooking them until boiled and easy to mased. put some coriander ,green chilli, red chilli powder, ajwain , Cumin seeds,Mix it well you can use also spring onions into the mixture.
Spring onions with green chilli will enhance the flavour of Tikki.
Now you need rice flakes and egg shape all material in the style and shape of tikki as shown in the picture above.
After dipping tikki into egg batter use rice flakes before fry.
Here why i use rice flakes ? It will make it so crispy and will produce a unique texture and flavour.
