Very nice! I am glad that you were finally able to find one that was accessible. It looks like this one didn't have much in the way of character. Not like some of the other ones. A success is still a success though! I look forward to reading about the other ones!
It's on a busy roadside and the local council's usually pressure the owners to board em up! Not sure what's happened in this case.
The local council is probably made up of the ruffians you described looking for a place to hide.
Oh they just take a few years to decide upon things. That's the way of public services here.
