This shot was taken in 2017 when had been to my home town. I used Nikon D5500 cam to capture this shot.

A small girl picking up fishes from net that was caught by her parents and many of their people. This location is the back waters of Tumgabhadra dam (India). Poor people will do fishing here to lead their lives and fill up their stomach by selling them.
This shot makes my heart feel sad beacuse, while taking this shot, I had communicated with that poor girl. Her name was gouri. She said she doesn't go to school, instead help her parents in their work.The tent beside her is her house. By her words, My eye was filled with tears.
Education is so important in todays world. But because of povery and also Corruption, people are unable to educate their kids.
