My Entry for the 7 DAYS STEEMIT B&W URBAN PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST by @flamingirl

Location: Zamora Corner Lluch Street, Poblacion, Iligan City, Philippines.

Some said that God made the nation and man made the town. In every villages, people live in an open atmosphere where they get fresh air and sunlight.

As we watch the people in the city hanging around in every stores, bars and drinking on bus stops, we can make an assumptions that these people don't know rsch other and they don't even care to each other.

This street needs to be safe so the people that are using this will feel safe. But then, this street had become a streey of violation and crime. This street is nearby our office where I am working. This is a "NO LOADING AND UNLOADING" area but then i don't really understand the mindset of some people here. They even know how read but they don't put them into practice. It became a street where thief runs and being arrested, street where criminals passed,etc.,

As the Urban Design Reader, Jacob, Jane 1961 state,

''Cities are living organisms in which streets are the lifeblood''
