But you are not operating the witness node.
You need to set the witness node first.

hello @upvu . we are running a witness node as well . problem is we are at very last you until we get our first block ..you cant see what version are we running … it might take ages without your vote .. we did a recheck and everything is fine with the witness node
I canceled witness vote.
Because @steemnodes account was created only 4 days ago, and it doesn't meet the criteria due to its low reputation.
If you guys really work hard on Steem and get recognized, we'll vote again.
Let's take a look at what's ahead.
