I told you some information for UPVU service,
Way 1. Delegate SP to @upvu
Way 2. Transfer STEEM to @upvu, you will receive UPVU token.
you will vote depend on SP amount + UPVU amount(Min 150 SP).
But you just sent only 5 steem. It's not enough for UPVU service.
You should make it over minimum 150 STEEM or SP.
