Celery
"It was the best of times; it was the worst of times."
Times are hard, so I thought I would grow my own vegetables.
A stem of celery shooting nicely.
I was jolly happy to see it so green and growing so well.
And then, all of a sudden, this happens. I have no idea what went wrong, especially after such a good start. I guess no celery for me. :-(

Ohhhh. That started off so good, and ended up so bad. I'm sorry. Perhaps if you just kept it in water. We did that with green onions and it worked for quite a while.
Never mind. It was only an experiment. I will try again another time. :-)
I have killed more plants with overwatering than by not giving enough water.
