@tatjanastan, this is the best joke of the day when the teacher who is supposed to punish the pupil is kept at a mute being made to believe that the pupil lost his homework while trying to fight a just course for his teacher's reputation. This endangers the other pupil who probably would have been with his homework.

Many times we find ourselves trying to behave like the smart pupil. In a guise to excuse ourselves from responsibility, we try to refocus attention from ourselves to a more vulnerable subject which might not have been the priority of the day. It is a joking life indeed.

To my judgement, am sure the teacher would have to tell the other pupil to wait for a validation of the abuse claim. The supposed smart pupil is meant to receive the punishment for not submitting his homework so he can discover that he is a smart joker. Indeed, he is not serious because after everything, he'll have to produce his homework or face the consequences.

For you, anytime you feel you have been able to take the audience's attention from yourself when you had failed to carryout a priorized responsibility; be ready, because after the distraction time-out you'll discover you were only a joker.
