Today's topic fascinates me because I can show you my country: Venezuela.

The oldest building in my country is a castle built in 17th century, specifically between 1659 and 1686 in the city of Cumaná (in fact I live there) called the Castle of San Antonio de la Eminencia. It was built by the governor of the province to protect the city from constant pirate raids. The castle was the most important fortification that protected Cumaná, at that time it was the most sophisticated castle in terms of facade.

It is a building full of history, and from the place you can appreciate the crystal clear waters of the Cariaco Gulf and the Araya peninsula (Cities that are part of Sucre State and tourist attractions for its beautiful beaches).

Today it represents one of the biggest tourist attractions of Cumaná. In addition to its location in the upper part of Cumana, the Castle of San Antonio de la Eminencia is considered one of the best viewpoints and historical witnesses of the city.

I want to thank you @tatjanastan because while I was researching to find the best video for my country, I found a wonderful one where it shows different cities of Venezuela, its people, its culture and traditions. It is a couple that was dedicated to tour the country and show it in this amazing video.
