So my favorite fruit meal is made from bananas, kiwi and apple and i love to add cream on top, it makes it more tasty and more sweet. I think is very good to enjoy at least once a day a fruit salad like this because it gives you a lot of energy and is very good. It is recommended to eat it before getting to gym or running, with one hour and half at most. It is digested really fast and you have a lot of boosted energy. Who wouldn't want that:)?
