Upvote a post even if your voting power is very minimal.

A lot of newbies here do read some wonderful posts by their fellow newbies and those who are higher than them without upvoting them. Though your upvote may just be like a drop in the ocean but it means a lot to the author. Some authors may be making a very small income from their posts but they will never give up after seeing that upvote symbol even if it doesn't add anything to their wallet. It shows them that their posts have some quality and this will encourage them to do more.
The most painful thing on this platform is after coming up with good post, you end up not a single upvote or even a comment.
