I had to tell my mother today to consider taking Ibuprofen instead of Acetomeniphen (paracetamol), for her pain. I really wish it was possible to recommend an opiate. She has severe pain, and none of the mild pain relievers work. However the ongoing political assault on opiates makes it impossible that she could get them, anyway.

I despise the AMA. From the CDC concealing evidence that vaccines cause numerous health problems, including autism, to the current political demonization of opiates, it's grasp on the authority over American's health has little to do with medicine, and everything to do with the money insurance companies and the prison industrial complex make.
