Cool Bot Feature For Property Listings in Upland

Some just recently hooked me up with a cool bot feature through discord to help monitor sale listings for properties in Upland and to monitor if any get dropped out below certain markups or with buildings on them for cheap.

I'm going to start using this to see if I can grab a few decent properties here and there because my property holdings could certainly us an upgrade, that's for sure. I only have two buildings right now because I don't have enough spark to build anything of my own.
