The starter is $5.00 its $10 if you need a Steemit account to go along with it. My upvote isn't worth much but I will send a couple small upvote bots ( @chronoboost and @oceanwhale ).

Thank you! I see that it is $5 after you sign onto SteemMonsters, I have left it at $10 in case they decide to increase the price in the mean time :) I really appreciate your help. I hope to be able to buy my starter pack within 2 weeks :)
