My time at the confectionery school

It seems like I won't sleep early today. And Facebook reminds me that two years ago I started the best experience of my life.

For my first class I made brownies and some delicious mini cakes. Love to make brownies and they are super easy to make.

We also made some mini cakes that for me were not so good and I thought if this is the beginning how the most elaborate cakes would be. But to my surprise everything else was a great success.

This has been one of the best experiences of my life. Not only did I learn a lot about the wonderful art of cake making. I also made wonderful friends.
