Penang STEEM Sharing no.2 - 23rd Feb 2019
So here goes !! After having run our previous event in Penang to talk and share about steem and how it benefits content creators. We have been asked and are in the midst of making it more frequent.
Our next event in Penang ! Has been set !
Date : 23rd Feb 2019
Time 2:30pm
Location : The SETTLEMENTS Penang
This time we are trying out a Saturday afternoon session as previously even though we had numerous signups however due to traffic and the timing majority of the crowd was unable to make it or came late. A total of about 15 - 20 people that came and we were really grateful for those who came just to support us.
Try and Try again to reach a larger crowd.
Our target audience would also reach out to the local colleges and also targeted groups to bring and invite them to the event. Our Peatix event schedules would be up and running within the next few days.
All the support from Fundition would be used for travel expenses and also delegation to those new accounts who gets created and want to start posting.
I will be updating more about the progress and I'm also in the midst of expanding into southern Malaysia and more activities in other cities. Any support just by comments or support or even ideas on how we can grow better is appreciated.
Hi, I have a little question about this gathering, how can you convince other people to join the Steemi blockchain, while now we are all in a bear market condition, this really makes me curious.
Most of the people who comes to the sharing session is literally interested in monetizing their content so perhaps focus on groups of people who are genuinely content creators and not just Crypto investors.
