Hello, in order to receive upvotes, one must obtain Steem Power and then delegate that Steem Power to Upex.

You can also delegate directly from your Steemit Wallet, by simply clicking the dropdown arrow next to your Steem Power and clicking "delegate".
I want to delegate X sp to @user
Where X is the amount of SP and @user is the steem user you want to delegate to. For example:
I want to delegate 100 sp to @dacronguitar
