Thank you, I have delegated a portion of my SP to you. In my post today, I received your upvote, thank you. I received this comment: "Congratulations, your post has been upvoted by @upex with a 0.12% upvote." What does that percentage value mean, and what factors might cause it to increase or decrease? Thanks
The more you delegate the bigger upvote you will receive. The minimum steem power to delegate is 300. If you want bigger upvotes, just delegate more steem power. :)
