There are so many things that we can use again instead of throwing them away and buying something new. Let your imagination work and make 'up-cycling' your new hobby.
You can always paint a new jacket to an old wooden box.
For me, this is the ideal solution for all my brushes.
I love this combination of old and new. It is really nice to partially paint old furniture, so that the old remains visible.
Grandma's handkerchiefs are used to put in the dried lavender from our own garden. As a small gift, many are happy with it.
And you can even make something from a branch and a Christmas ball.
