Often we choose to satisfy the flesh while not knowing that in the process we starve the spirit. Our duty is to love our bodies and always preserve them as ''living sacrifices'' ( Romans 12). This is what is good in the eyes of the Lord, and when we keep our most sacred temple clean ( our bodies ) we become a vessel for the Holy Spirit. And then remarkable things happen to us!

Stay strong brother! I feel you and all I say is this. The flesh is weak, but the spirit is strong! Let's ask for His guidance and help and He will never let us down!
