Developing Leadership Through Integrity

Hi Steemit family, I just want to share with you the opportunity that God has given me to inspire almost 300 students of my Alma mater University of Caloocan City. Thank God because for almost 7 years in public speaking and motivating people around me I feel the joy inside of me when I saw other people being motivated.

It is my passion to speak in front of many people, actually my dream is to create name like Bo Sanchez, Chinkee Tan, I really want to inspire people through seminars and conferences, definitely not for me but for God.

Building a reputation of integrity takes years, but it takes only a second to lose, so never allow yourself to ever do anything that would damage your integrity.

Why you need to develop your integrity?

1. Because you respect yourself
2. Because you rule people
3. Because you relate with others
4. Because you will received the same

How to develop Integrity?

1. Be Honest - Admit that you are wrong. We are not into perfection we are into progression.
2. Be Humble - Be the first to forgive, don’t hold your ego, try to listen to others.
3. Be Transparent - Develop your accountability. It is good that someone is guarding your weaknesses.
4. Be Different - Do what is right even when no one else does.
5. Be Focused - Say no to the things that you know will harm you.
6. Be Real - Tell the truth and accept the consequences.

Things that destroy your Integrity

1. Power - You will know a person if you give him power.
2. Possession - Possession is the acid test of your integrity.
3. Position - Position doesn’t guarantee Integrity.
