Hi Steemit Family, I am excited to share with you our accomplishment today, (Yes, my accomplishment is Steemit family's accomplisment).

I really praise God for the opportunity to be used by God to inspire 300+ students, our future young professionals or should I say future Steemians <3. (By the way, I initially introduced to them the Steemit platform).

Honestly, to speak in front of many people is a very challenging and tiring but definitely rewarding task. I saw the joy in their eyes specially when someone who is discouraged and those who wants to quit became motivated again to continue the race of life.

I shared to them some principles how to build self esteem or how to develop personality specially in school and later on in market place, what are the things that might destroy them and teach them to reach their dreams.

I am the one wearing black coat, the man beside me is my friend who invited me.

It is my pleasure to show you the certificate and some commendation and positive notes from the delegates.

I received almost 300+ positive notes, notes of appreciation and commendation and all glory belongs to God. Very heartwarming to know that you inspire people specially graduating students who might want to quit because of hardship in life. I am happy to share it with you my steemit family.

The reason why the title of this post is "MADE TO INSPIRE" because I really hold into this principle that God created us to inspire people.

Here are the other notes

OBJECTIVES
✔ To develop your self-esteem or personality as an individual
✔ How to react professionally in a competitive environment?
✔ How to be motivated to face the real world?

FOCUS
✔ Why you need to develop yourself?
✔ How to develop yourself?
✔ Things that will destroy yourself

WHY YOU NEED TO DEVELOP YOURSELF?
✔ Because you are living in a very competitive world
✔ Because you have your family and you will build family
✔ Because you have a dream
✔ Because you need to live

HOW TO DEVELOP GOOD PERSONALITY?

1 BE POSITIVE (Be happy)
Try to see the joy in the world. Laugh with others, but not at them. Everyone appreciates someone else around you, smiling and laughing a lot is a huge part of having a good personality.

"Life is simple don't make it complicated"
"All of us responsible to our own happiness"

Relation in personal life

  • Wala kang baon anu reaction mo?
  • Wala kang pamasahe anu reaction mo?
  • Nawalan ng trabaho parents mo anu reaction mo?
  • Bumagsak ka, anu reaction mo?
  • Di ka naka graduate ngayon taon, anu reaction mo?
  • Nawala CP mo anu reaction mo?
  • Naliligo ka nawalan ng tubig anu reaction mo?

2 KEEP YOUR POSTURE (Stay Calm)
A lot of people seem like they have a good personality until you see them in an emergency or tense situation.
Then they lose their poise. Don’t be this person! If you are in a tense situation, try to remain relaxed and see what you can do to resolve the situation.

"Sometimes we cannot change the situation so allow the situation change us."
"Sometimes the issue is not the situation but your reaction to the situations."

3 GRAB POTENTIALS (Be open minded)
One part about having a good personality is being willing to change your worldview. Listen to others and always be willing to change your mind.Don’t pass judgment on other people just because they act in a different way than you do. Keeping an open mind will allow you to make many new friends and probably live a much more interesting life.

  • Don't settle for what you know try to explore new things in life
  • Have you heard, a nursing graduate but successful in cooking?
  • Have you heard, a licensed teacher but successful in military?
  • Took different course but became successful in different field?
  • We can never tell the future, but we can prepare for the future, try to explore more.

4 BE PLIABLE (Be flexible)
People who are able to adjust in all kinds of situation are the people who has the highest capacity to succeed.
Those pliable people are always able and available.

"Winners never quit, they just rest. Quitters are losers."

  • Hard subject - quit
  • Hard relationship - quit
  • Hard application - leave
  • Hard family - abandoned
  • Hard responsibility - quit
  • Hard job application - never mind

Many people forget about their professionalism and confidence because of pressures.
Pressures are good, in fact, the right amount of pressure can help us to release the much amount of treasure.
Pressure is the creator of diamond and charcoal, the difference is the amount of pressure.

5 BE PRO PEOPLE (Be people oriented)
The best way is to develop yourself is to develop the people around you.
Don' be selfish, love your neighbor, love the people around you.
Because whatever you do to others it will echo unto you.
Appreciate the people around you, your parents, your guardian, your friends, and those people who discipline you, those who prune you those who correct you.

THINGS THAT CAN DESTROY YOU

1 YOURSELF
2 YOUR HABITS
3 YOUR WRONG FRIENDS
4 YOUR USE OF TIME
5 YOUR SUCCESS
