I failed, therefore I am an open minded person. Given that I work as a Quality Assurance Specialist I would need to be open minded at all times. I need to listen to what an agent would have to say. There may be times though that I am close minded especially if I am on a debate or argument whenever Quality Peeps do calibration with Managers haha. But yeah, I hope we practice being an open minded, not only for opportunities but also for our own self improvement.
You are correct dear, being open is a sign of growth. Like the principles of business the more shops or branches being open it shows that company is growing. But if shops are closing it is evident it is not growing.
