BROWNIE WITH CORN FLOUR NIXTAMALIZADO AND LACTOVISOY

Hello, beautiful community, I am here with you sharing a recipe that will leave you surprised, and God honors her, because he has given me this talent, to invent things, and if it were not for my heavenly father, that was a disaster, hahaha, but It was not like that, this really is exquisite and all those who could enjoy these delicious chocolates, they told me (you passed hahahahaha)

Then I leave the procedure step by step:
The ingredients:

• 1 cup of nixtamalized flour (not wheat)
• ½ cup of lactovisoy
• ½ cup of bitter cocoa powder
• ½ cup of sugar
• 1 cup of hot coffee
• 100 gr of melted butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt

As you can see in these photos, this was the flour used to make the chocolate brownies.

I could not take photos of the lactovisoy bag because that one was already stored in a container a few days ago, but every Venezuelan knows it, it's a drink based on:

Carbohydrates and proteins with rich vanilla flavor.
Instant food enriched with 9 vitamins and 6 minerals.
Ingredients: Sugar, precooked rice flour, milk powder, soy protein, sweet milk, vanilla, vitamins and minerals.

We beat the eggs with the sugar.

We add the melted butter

To the half cup of lactovisoy we add a measure of water to make a cream and we pour it to the blender.

We attach the baking powder to the corn flour Nixtamalizado

Add the flour to the mixture of egg, sugar and butter that we have in the blender and beat for a few minutes.

Now it's cocoa's turn, we hover it and once we integrate it into the mix.

This is where we prepare the hot coffee and add a cup, so that the mixture softens

We already have prepared the floured tray to add the mixture and bake.

Here it was already ready from the oven, it takes exactly 1 hour in my oven, I think the cooking time varies according to the capacity of the oven.

I cut it into squares and it's super fluffy and I made a chocolate ganache and poured it over it.
