Persimmon

Hello there what a beautiful day today. What better way for me to start well how about My daily doodle. The subject I chose today is a lovely persimmon fruit. I am intrigued about their color couldn't quite tell if it is pink, red, maroon, ruby you name it. As of this moment I love using the brush, felt tip pen. I like the transparency of each stroke created with it. I like how You can still see previous strokes and the effect made when each meets other strokes. I was playing with textures, light and contrasting colors on this illustration. Hope you like it.
