The food grade type can be ingested @chelsea88 but not to much in one instance as it will cause a bad constipation.
I am intending to use it for aluminum detoxification.
That's pretty cool it can be used for that. Did your doc recommend that, curiously?
My doctor didn't recommend to take it. It is just from my own decision and little research.
As long as you're safe & it Is helping you, it is all good :)
