I'm still learning as well. Don't know much on the whole money thing but I do 50/50 as well. I know they said to be careful about your steem getting low from upvoting so I don't upvote every comment only because I did that when I first joined which caused my steem to get low and haven't recovered fully since but I will. It's hard not to so sometimes I just sign out to not be tempted. Steemit is like therapy to me but I've met some great people as well! XOXO
