Rector of syiah kuala university 2018-2022

Prof. Dr. Ir. Samsul Rizal MEng was elected as the Rector of Unsyiah period 2018-2022.

Samsul Rizal returned to lead Unsyiah after being elected in the election held by Senate Unsyiah at the local campus on Monday (5/2/2018).

Prof. Samsul Rizal got 81 votes. The second position followed by Dr. dr Syahrul SpS- (K) with 41 votes, and Dr. nat tech Syafruddin SP MP in third position of 3 votes.

As reported previously, according to Head of Public Relations Unsyiah, Husni Friady ST MM, as many as 82 members of the Senate Unsyiah vote today.

"The election is 65 percent senate members, 35 percent of the Minister of Research and Technology of Higher Education (Minister of Research and Technology)." For the voice of the minister is given by his proxy.
