We limit technology here, but not very much. The kids have a designated 'screen time', and the rest of the day is taken up with chores, schoolwork, various projects, and when they have nothing to do, they can come up with their own activities.
I think we should probably cut back the screen time though. They definitely benefit from lots of low-tech fun and activities.

Im sorry to hear about you losing your farm. We have a small homestead here, and it would be devastating to just get kicked off after all the work we have done.

Yeah we were month to month on the lease, very niave, we had no clue how vulnerable we were!!!!!!
