The Universe is Way Bigger Than You Think part1

We live on the planet Earth and everything you ever now is located here on this planet. Our nearest cosmic neighbor the Moon is 384400km away from earth, you can fit 30 Earths inbetwen and if u travel in a car driving at constant speed of 100km/h you would travel for 160 days to reach the Moon so it is not that close to us but still, there were 12 people on the surface of the Moon. That distance is the furthest away that any human has ever been, imagine how far we still have to go to reach other planets

if u want to send a message to earth from moon it would travel for 1.25 sec in each way

what about Mars?

225 million of kilometers is how much on average Mars is from Earth. Whenever we finally land human on Mars that would mean that this person will be 986x further than astronauts that landed on the Moon and that same message will now travel more than 20min to reach Earth
