This is what the wedding ceremony looks like in Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan, Indonesia

The event is very simple, and only lasts a day from morning to night. the guests who attended ranged from 50 to 100 people, they all came without an invitation, because this wedding took place in a small village, so almost everyone knew each other.

I took the following photos because I was also present as a guest. I followed all the events ranging from vows, celebrations, meals, and simple entertainment in the evening.

The unique thing is that this wedding is not only held by the family of the bride and groom. Almost all neighbors are involved, from setting up tents, decorating, and cooking dishes, to entertainment events, and they are not paid.

Very simple isn't it, this tradition has been going on for more than 100 years and still survives to this day. Both couples lead happy life and are now blessed with a son. What do you thinks guys?
