Splashy Giant Fish on the Ciliwung River

The trajectory of the Ciliwung River, precisely the Cibulu village community, Bogor was surprised by the discovery of a giant fish lying dead on the edge of the Ciliwung river. The funny thing is, there are also people who associate the appearance of the fish with things that smell magical. Because, how could the super large fish live and be stranded on the ciliwung river?

Responding to this, Muhammad Sholeh, one of the employees of Sumber Karya Indah (SKI) Tourism Park in Tajur, Bogor, clarified that it was true that the photo of a giant fish in the Ciliwung river that had shocked the community came from where he worked. He added, that the fish is not a giant goldfish or giant cork fish as many people talk about.

This type of fish is Arapaima Gigas which on average has a body size of 1.5 meters to 2 meters with a body weight that can reach 200 kilograms. The original habitat of this fish comes from the Amazon River and our tourist park brings it directly from Brazil. The reason for this giant fish being able to get to the ciliwung river, because one of our employees found that the fish had died in the pond where it lived.

Then he and 7 other employees raised the dead fish and threw them into the ciliwung river. And we have to admit, this is all our fault because it has made the public become uproar with the giant fish. But at least with the clarification that I gave, I could correct the misunderstanding, said Muhammad Sholeh.
