What is CANADA?

I've seen many people try to describe CANADA and if you did a poll, you will get 36 million different descriptions.  For the discussions of freedom, I felt it important to get into the details of what CANADA is from a fictional and physical point of view as it is important to the topic of freedom.

When I explore how the legal system defines 'CANADA' things get really tricky.  If I look up the word 'CANADA' in the Interpretation Act Section 35(1), it states:

 Canada, for greater certainty, includes the internal waters of Canada and the territorial sea of Canada; (Canada)

Canadian waters includes the territorial sea of Canada and the internal waters of Canada; (eaux canadiennes) 

When we interpret statutes, we must follow specific rules of statutory interpretation.  We cannot just assume certain protocols to interpret what the words mean.  To start learning about this protocol, Wikipedia has a reasonable article on the subject matter of Statutory Interpretation.  The word 'includes' is not a word to start adding to a definition.  In fact, it is the opposite.  

Expressio unius est exclusio alterius ("the express mention of one thing excludes all others") Items not on the list are impliedly assumed not to be covered by the statute or a contract term. This is usually indicated by a word such as "includes" or  "such as."  

The inclusion of one is the exclusion of all others.  By this definition, Canada is defined as water and not the land. That means Canada is the red on this map and nothing more.  But I think it goes a bit deeper than this.

Many could argue that from a feudal point of view, the country exists as a result of the Queen and her representative is the Governor General of Canada. When I look at the Governor General Act, I find some interesting wording:

2. The Governor General of Canada or other chief executive officer or administrator carrying on the Government of Canada on behalf and in the name of the Sovereign, by whatever title designated, is a corporation sole. 

So this act is saying that the Governor General of Canada is a corporation sole.  A corporation sole is when a single individual is tied to or associated with a corporation.  The Pope, Queen, Governor General and other offices are managed as corporations.  That way if the individual dies, the corporation can be turned over to somebody else without the estate going into probate.  The corporation is then wrapped around another individual and it is business as usual.  Make no mistake, the office of Governor General is a corporation and is the CEO of 'CANADA'.  

As I've indicated in prior posts, the demesne of the crown is to include land, but it does not really do that. Instead it holds titles, which is a fictional construct.  Title is the right to possess a thing, rather than owning it.  The corporation sole is the corporate vessel upon which the titles are held.  I would suggest that because CANADA does not 'own' land, it cannot be land. That is why they defined it as water within the Interpretation Act.  

To makes matters worse, that corporation is registered with the US Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and must file with the SEC on a regular basis and the corporate head office is in Washington DC, not Ottawa.  Some would argue that all countries file with the SEC under code 8888 Foreign Governments.  I question this 'justification' by pointing out that banks and other corporations are also listed under this heading too, which does not support that conclusion. 

The SEC is a creation of the US Federal Government and I question why supposedly sovereign nations file with a foreign agency. There is no requirement for this to take place unless the corporation is a US registered corporation!  At which point, the validity of the sovereignty of CANADA can also be called into question.

So how do they populate their corporation if people are on the land and they deal with fictional corporate constructs?  A hint to that rests in a Supreme Court of Canada Ruling:  Reference re Secession of Quebec, [1998] 2 S.C.R. 217

67 “The consent of the governed is a value that is basic to our understanding of a free and democratic society."

It is under this principle that they have acquired the capacity to govern as they assume that through our participation that we consent to being governed, whether that consent was obtained with awareness and full disclosure or not.  That capacity to govern was never legitimately acquired through a referendum to create a constitution and as such makes the whole corporate empire a 'de-facto' (illegitimate but in effect) government.

The Constitution Act is not a constitution but is a piece of legislation from the U.K.:

... enacted as Schedule B to the Canada Act 1982, 1982, c. 11 (U.K.), which came into force on April 17, 1982.

Whereas Canada has requested and consented to the enactment of an Act of  the Parliament of the United Kingdom to give effect to the provisions  hereinafter set forth and the Senate and the House of Commons of Canada  in Parliament assembled have submitted an address to Her Majesty  requesting that Her Majesty may graciously be pleased to cause a Bill to  be laid before the Parliament of the United Kingdom for that purpose. 

Some could then argue that we are still a colony as we have yet to form or own constitutional document and still depend on the Queen to provide the construct for governance.  But despite all that work, have I come close to defining 'CANADA'?  

One thing is for sure:  All that I described is nothing more than words on a piece of paper or information being displayed on a screen.  These are all fictional constructs used to portray an IDEA!  It is the IDEA that is implanted into the minds and hearts of man across the planet.  This idea does not exist without us bringing life to the idea and participating with it.  

It is a fictional construct and as such is supposed to be a servant / slave to Man.  But when we surrender our Spiritual authority and power to a fictional construct, we end up being the servant and the state ends up being the master.  I personally believe that the global elite has usurped our own authority to instill a corporation operating on the high seas (holy see) fishing for lost souls upon which has ended up being our feudal master who claims they own and control all that they found under admiralty.  The idea of a fictional construct being a master and Lord is repugnant to me.  Even if I don't fully comprehend what in the hell this 'thing' is, I cannot participate with it as it claims a monopoly on force and coercion in order to rule as it is at war!  Fictional constructs with the power to engage in war, violence, force and coercion is an inherently dangerous idea that has been bought by millions of people who participate with and use to justify conquest, genocide, theft, greed and all kinds of other atrocities.  

So I share this information in the hopes that others can explore these ideas.  I'll write more about the office of Governor General as the formation of this office is of major concern.  May Creator bless you with peace, freedom, prosperity, joy and love.
