Thank you for this guide and also stressing upon the fact of how to ripple effect can change the lives of many 1000s more. I am well aware of the noble initiative from @fulltimegeek to create #StewardsOfGondor and who including you are changing the lives of many others, supporting them and rewarding them for the hard work they have been putting into this community. It is a simple but yet very effective way to expand the horizon and touch much wider & larger group of people which one person along cannot do so. Thank you for all your efforts.
