Indian 'Kumbh Mela': UNESCO recognition

NEW DELHI: Kumbh Mela is one of the rare people in the country. Kumbh Mela has been included in UNESCO 'indigenous hereditary wealth' list. UNESCO said Thursday.

This Kumbh Mela happens every 12 years in our country. Haridwar, Allahabad Prayag, Nashik Trimbakeshwar and Ujjain are managed by four kumbhambams. In Kumbh Mela, lakhs of devotees are bathing in sacred rivers. This is the belief of the devotees that all errors will be removed.

The Mahakumbh Mela held 55 days in the Tribune Sangama area in Allahabad. In that case, 10 million people participated in Kumbh Mela and made holy places in the holy Ganges, Yamuna and Saraswati. Union Minister Mahesh Sharma expressed his happiness over the recognition of Yuenco's legacy to Kumbh Mela. Twitter commented that UNESCO is proud to be recognized.

In the list, the list includes Italian, Nepalia Pizayu Art, Kirtikashwari of Kyrgyzstan, and the traditional Folk Dance Colo of Serbia. UNESCO is recognized for practices, arts, skills, symbols and symbols reflecting the country's tradition
