Unemployment which is a situation where some people who fall within the ages of the working population, capable and willing to work, have no benefiting work to do.

Challenges of different sorts is what the youths of today are facing. This challenges are cause by one or more of the various things which happened in the lives of the youths. A feeling of inferiority that comes from gender segregation, inability to concentrate in life and many others are the challenges facing our youths. Religious, social and economic spheres of life has been affected by this challenges.
As we are aware that the major problem confronting our youth is lack of unemployment, and there are certain cuases of unemployment.
First, the negligence of agriculture / poor agricultural system will lead to lack of the available industries resulting in unemployment.
Also overpopulation is another cause of the menace of unemployment.
Unavailability of industries is another major problem of unemployment in our society.
Also, lack of social amenities in the rural areas has constituted greatly to the unemployment of our youths.
Economic recession is another cause of unemployment.
The faulty educational system is another cause of unemployment. The educational system we inherited from our former colonial rulers lays much emphasize on writing, reading and arithmetic, which equipped the youths to be job-seekers instead of job creators.

Discussing the evil of unemployment is like discussing what is obvious because the menace of unemployment is too numerous to recounts. Below are some of this sinister effect of unemployment on the youths.
First, unemployment has the tendency to exercebate rather than alleviating the level of poverty in the society.
Overpopulation is one of this consequences of this stigma in the society.

Population control should be taken into consideration.
Another solution should be the encouragement of Geographical mobility of labour.
It should be admitted that life without basic amenities like electricity and pipe borne water is appalling.
Another solution worthy of note is to make Agriculture more attractive.
