Not sure how to call this one... maybe chickenpox blue...
Also, i've seen him changing colour… those dots can go green… not sure if its when he's scared or when but i've seen the change happening...
Great photograpy,,i think this is a kind of a puffer fish...
maybe a distant relation but not puffer… puffers are my friends° :)
